Mode Of Payment Of Fees

  • The fee should be paid on or before the 10th of every month and payment by Cheque is not accepted.
  • In case the school is closed before the 10th of any month, the fees to be deposited without late fine before the closure of the school.
  • In case of problem in paying the fees/dues on time, the parents/guardians are requested to inform the principal in writing about the date of payment and take permission. No excuse of any type will be accepted.
  • The fees for the months of March is to be paid along with the fees of February by the 10th of the February.
  • The fees for the month of April (new session) and annual charges for the new session should be paid in March before the end of the session otherwise, the report card of the child will be withheld and name of the child will be stuck off from the register unless prior information has been given to the school in writing latest by the 28th/29th February that the child will be withdraw from the school for the next session.
  • Fee/other charges will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances except for caution deposited or if any advance fee has been paid and child is withdrawn according to rule.
  • Advance fee on quarterly, half yearly and annual basis is also accepted.
  • Please try to pay the fees as early in the month as possible to avoid unnecessary rush on the last day.

Fee Rules

  • All fees are payable in advance up to 10th of each month failing to which a late fine of rupees 05(five) only will be charged up to 25th.
  • . In case school fees are not paid by 25th of the current month, the name of the student will be stuck off the rolls and the pupil may be re-admitted having paid all previous dues including readmission fee..
  • The fees for the month of May and June must be paid in the month of May. Similarly, the fees for the month of February and March must be paid in the month of February without fail.
  • No pupil will be allowed to appear for any examination unless all fees and dues are paid up.
